Terms of Service

Effective 5 September 2026. PasteSharePrint is operated by Your Company Ltd (“we”, “us”).

1. The service

PasteSharePrint lets you paste text, Markdown or source code, share it by link, and print it or save it as a PDF. You can use it without an account, with a free account, or with a paid Pro subscription. Limits for each tier are listed on the pricing page and may change; we will not reduce what a paid subscription includes during a period you have already paid for.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you paste. You grant us a licence to store, display, format and transmit it so that the service can work, including showing it to anyone you share the link with and, for public pastes, listing it on the site and in search engines.

You are responsible for what you paste. Do not paste:

• content that is illegal where you or we are located, or that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights;
• passwords, API keys, private keys or other secrets that are not yours to publish;
• personal information about other people without their permission;
• malware, phishing pages, or anything meant to harm users or systems;
• spam, or content used to abuse the service or its limits.

We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and without notice. Anyone can flag content on the abuse page.

3. Expiry and deletion

Pastes expire when you say they should, and expired pastes are deleted. We may also delete pastes and accounts that have been inactive for a long time, or when we must for legal or operational reasons. Keep your own copies of anything important. We are not a backup service.

4. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and keys. You can delete your account at any time from your account page; deletion removes your pastes and keys and cannot be undone.

5. Pro subscriptions

Pro is billed in advance by subscription through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are given for the remaining time. If something is broken and we cannot fix it, ask and we will refund the current period. If we change the Pro price, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies. Taxes may be added where required.

6. API

API access is subject to the request limits of your plan. Do not share keys, circumvent limits, or use the API to scrape content you do not have the right to access. We may suspend keys that cause harm to the service.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on PasteSharePrint infringes your copyright, send a notice through the abuse page or to [email protected] identifying the work, the paste URL, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised. We remove infringing content promptly and may terminate repeat infringers.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. Questions: [email protected].
